The target makes an Intellect defence task at difficulty 5. On a failure, one significant secret or hidden motivation becomes apparent to you and to all who can perceive the target in that moment. On a success, you learn only the nature of the secret; that it exists, and roughly what domain it concerns. Effort: Each level of Effort raises the defence difficulty by 1. Action.
